To become or stay a member of the Oklahoma State Webmanagers Group, first determine your eligibility by visiting our Joining OSWG page. This form may be used by current members to update their membership information, as well as persons requesting membership for the first time.

Afterwards, complete the form shown below. Fields that are required are marked with an *. We urge you to complete any "optional" information also, as it guides us in developing programs that are responsive to the group's needs. If your agency is not listed in the drop-down list, choose "Other" and provide your agency information in the "Comments" section.
